PIPE WELDING MACHINES

Socket Welding

The category of the heating element plug comprises all welding methods where plastics are heated radially by means of a heating plate.

This method works up to an approximate temperature of 270 ° C and has been used for a long time in different areas.

Butt Welding

The butt weld heating element category encompasses all welding methods where plastics are heated frontally by means of a non-stick coated heating plate.

This welding method is the oldest known technology.

Our butt welding machines can be manual or semi automatic.

Electro Socket Welding

The category of electro plug welding comprises all welding methods where special plugs with built-in heating wires are electronically heated and melted inside the pipe. Welding is carried out automatically, with programmed control and easy handling.

It is recommended for connections in tight places. The electro plug is mostly used pipes with few connections.

Infrared Welding

The infrared welding category encompasses all welding methods where plastics are heated without being in contact with the heating plate.

This soldering method can be used for plug or butt welding.

Friction Welding

The rotational friction welding category encompasses all welding methods where plastics are heated under pressure by rotational friction.

This method works without a heating element, is primarily used for short cycle times, and can be used for plug or butt welding.
